LEGAL NOTICE In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given for a new entrance road with decel/recovery lane and drainage for Epworth Forest Conference Center located at Epworth Forest Road adjacent to the site at 8580 East Wesley Lane, North Webster, Indiana. The Project includes drive, utilities, and grading. The Project is scheduled to commence in May, 2012, and construction should be completed in October, 2012. More specifically, the Project is located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, T 33 N, R 7 E. Receiving waters are Webster Lake.
