PUBLIC NOTICE Hoosier Affordable Housing, L.P. (860 E. 86th Street, Suite 5, Indianapolis, IN 46240) is submitting an NOI letter to notify the City of Warsaw and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the City of Warsaw Stormwater Drainage Technical Requirements, as well as the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 and 327 IAC 15-13, to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Willow Park at Beyer Farm. More specifically, the project is located in the NW Quarter of Section 9, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, approximately 100 feet north of the end of Colfax Street. Construction activity is scheduled to commence in July, 2012, and construction should be completed by July, 2017. Run-off from the project site will discharge into Pike Lake.
