Dalton Corporation, Warsaw Manufacturing Facility (located at 1900 East Jefferson Street, Warsaw, Indiana) is submitting a Renewal Notice of Intent (NOI) letter for its Alternate Site Monofill (located at State Road 25 in Warsaw, Indiana) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Boggs Ditch and Sickle Lake.
