The City of Warsaw, 794 West Center Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the CR 300 N Trail over the Tippecanoe River, located on Silveus Crossing from Polk Drive to CR 300 N and on CR 300 N from Silveus Crossing to the bridge over the Tippecanoe River in Warsaw, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will flow into a City of Warsaw storm sewer system which will then discharge to the Tippecanoe River.
