City of Warsaw (102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent to inform the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for the discharge of stormwater from construction activities for a new fire station. The project will include a new fire station, underground utilities, new hardscape and landscaping at the lot of CR 200 South in Warsaw, Indiana. Improvements are in the SW quarter of Section 20, Township 32 North, Range 06 East, in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2017 and should be completed by August 2018. Runoff from the project site will discharge into a segment of the City of Warsaw storm sewer.
