NOTICE OF INTENT The City of Warsaw (302 E. Market Street, PO Box 817 Warsaw, IN 46581-0817) intends to discharge storm water into the Tippecanoe River-Deed's Creek-Pike Lake watershed (HUC 05120106-020-040), the Tippecanoe River-Huffer Ditch watershed (HUC 05120106-030-010), the Walnut Creek-Eagle Creek/Center Lake watershed (HUC 051201060-020080), and the Winona Lake-Peterson/Keeler Evans Ditches watershed (HUC 05120106-020-050) and is submitting a Notice Of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 lAC 15-13 to discharge storm water run-off associated with municipal separate storm sewer systems.
