Chester Inc. (555 Eastport Centre Drive, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Lake City Animal Clinic project located at the northwest corner of County Road 100 East and County Road 300 North, 974 East 300 North, Warsaw, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Tippecanoe River – Ruple Ditch.
