Higgins, for CHAPMAN STORAGE LOTS, a proposed Twenty-four (24) Lots for storage buildings and a stone drive located on the East side of Chapman Lake Drive, about 1.1-mile South of County Road 400N, in the North half of Section 25, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, has prepared a construction/storm water pollution prevention plan for this project in conformance with 'Rule 5 ', adopted in 2003, and effective on November 26, 2003, by the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board. The receiving waters are Chapman Lake. The contents of this plan have been submitted to the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District Office for their review. This office is responsible for monitoring conformance with the Plan.
