Etna St., Mentone, IN 46539 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: On-site detention basin is located on the N. side of W. Main St. in the Town of Mentone. Storm water runoff will be directed into an existing storm piping system which discharges into the Swick-Meredith open ditch.
