NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY The Bowen Center (2621 East Jefferson St, Warsaw IN 46581) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the development of the proposed new facility which is located in Pierceton, Indiana on the North Side of Pequinot Drive and 950 feet +/- East of St. Rd. #13. Land disturbing activities are scheduled to commence in September 2015 and site construction should be completed in June 2016. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Shanton Ditch.
