NOTICE In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5-5(a)(9), notice is hereby given that Bouse Farms, LLC, 7138 S 500 W, Claypool, Indiana 46510 are submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirement under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction of a confined feeding operation located at approximately 400 W & 625 S. Run-off and surface drainage from the project site will flow towards and may discharge to Sloan Ditch.
