The City of Warsaw Board of Public Works & Safety (102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC-15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion - 2017, 2056 N. 150 W., Warsaw, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Tippecanoe River.
