Public Notice to Adjoining Land Owners In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of additional compacted aggregate service areas are to be constructed at Bison Coach located at 804 South Higbee, in Milford, Indiana. The facility is located in northeast quarter of Section 17 of Van Buren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and is scheduled to commence on December 2, 2013 and construction should be completed by October 30, 2014. Run-off from the project site will discharge to the Hoopengarner and Coppess Drains and eventually to Turkey Creek and the Elkhart River. Questions or comments should be directed to Mr. Matthew G.
