LEGAL NOTICE FOR RULE 5 FOR BELLE AUGUSTA – SECTION 1 In according with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5-5(Rule 5) a Notice of Intent for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity is being submitted by Biggs Indiana Properties LLC to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. The project is a new 23 lot single family residential community named BELLE AUGUSTA. The project is generally located on the EAST SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD 225 EAST about 400' NORTH OF PONTIAC DRIVE in Warsaw, Indiana. It is specifically located in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 32 North and Range 6 East, in Wayne Civil Township of Kosciusko County. Construction Activities will commence within 60 days of this notice and last approximately until the August of 2020, including the proposed individual home building. The storm water from the site will discharge to an existing pond south of the property, as well as infiltrate to the sandy soils underlying the property. A new outlet is proposed for the existing pond that will outlet to the storm sewers of Harrison Landing, which connects to the H C Kelly regulated drain. The HC Kelly drain connects to the Deeds Creek through Pike Lake, continuing downstream to the Tippecanoe River, Wabash River, Ohio, and Mississippi Rivers, which outlets to Gulf of Mexico.
