NOI Publication: AT&T Corporation of 3001 Cobb Parkway, NW Room 162, Atlanta, GA 30339 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Fort Wayne to Warsaw, Indiana, AT&T Fiber Optic Telecommunication System. The new build begins in Fort Wayne at the intersection of Lima Road (US Hwy 27) and Edgewood Avenue and traverses 39 miles northwest through Allen, Whitley and Kosciusko counties within the right-of-ways of US Hwy 27, SR-930 and US Hwy 30, and ending at the AT&T facility at 1067 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, Indiana. Runoff from the project has the potential of discharging to the following streams: Spy Run Creek; Seagar Ditch; Eel River-Solon Ditch: Grangwer Ditch; Blue River-North Tributary/Columbia City; Eel River-County Farm Ditch: Spring Creek; Grassy Creek; Deeds Creek-McCarter Ditch; Tippecanoe River. Construction period is anticipated to be from April through September 2011.
