Anchorage Properties LLC (7701 Opportunity Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 5-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Anchorage Point Subdivision located at 700, 701, 751, 80, 851, 901, and 951 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
