In compliance with Rule 5, notice is hereby given that Alpha Building Center, 0855 N State Rd 5, Shipshewana, IN 46565 is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) to discharge storm water from construction activities for the construction of 5 Warehouse and Storage Buildings with drives and parking on their property located, 1,300 ft west of the CR 1350 N and SR 19 Intersection, Nappanee, IN 46550 in Section 1 of Scott Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Runoff from the construction site will discharged overland into Army Ditch Headwaters watershed.
