NOTICE OF INTENT ALDI, Inc. (197 E. Division Rd. Valparaiso, IN 46383) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Construction on 945 N. Parker Street, Warsaw, IN 46582. Run-off from the project site will discharge to an existing storm water system detention pond which releases at a controlled rate to Deeds Creek.
