NOTICE Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc with corporate offices at 20 Culvert Street, Nashville, TN 37210, is submitting an NOI letter for Akzo Nobel Coatings (formerly known as Rohm and Haas Chemicals LLC), located at 1102 Leiter Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46581, to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 317 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility discharges to the Warsaw municipal storm sewer system with the ultimate receiving water being Walnut Creek.
