NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
HCC Development LLC, 7743 N Syracuse Webster Rd, North Webster, IN 46555, owners of a tract of ground at southeast corner of the junction of County Road 250 N & Rainbow Dr. Warsaw, IN., Kosciusko County, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: HCC Development Storage Units. Runoff from the project site is tributary to the Tippecanoe River-Deeds Creek-Pike Lake watershed. Questions or comments should be directed to HCC Development LLC, at the above mentioned address.
