Notice of Intent

    Quest Engineering, LLC, on behalf of LaPorte Equities, LLC (1906 N. Oak Drive, Plymouth, Indiana 46563), is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Delmar Luxury Suites development located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Shelden Street and Petro Drive, Warsaw, Indiana.
