NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Ransbottom Family Farms LP, 6385 S 100 E Claypool, IN 46510, owners of a tract of ground at 4116 stanton Rd, Leesburg, 46538, near Lake Tippecanoe in Kosciusko County, is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of its intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Tippy Heights, a residential subdivision.
