Kosciusko County Commissioners Office, at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Kosciusko County Parking Lot located at 215 N. Lake St, Warsaw, IN 46580. Runoff from the project site will discharge to the Center Lake Watershed.
