You are hereby notified that Jon R. Shively, has filed a Verified Petition for Tax Deed on July 31, 2019 and that said purchaser will make Application for an Order on the Petition on September 6,2019 at 9:00 a.m., as ordered by the Court.
Any person owning or having an interest in the following described the tract of real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana may file a written objection is timely filed, the Court shall conduct a hearing on the objection at this proceeding on this Petition or as soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, to-wit:
A tract of land in the West Half of section 5, township 32 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows: Commencing at a point on the west line of said section 5, 1,190.0 feet, more or less, north of the southwest corner; thence east, 20 feet, more or less, to a point 30 feet west of the low water line of the Tippecanoe River - Center Lake Diversion channel and being the Point of Beginning; thence east 30 feet, more or less, to the low water line of the Tippecanoe River -Center Lake Diversion Channel; thence northerly, northeasterly, and northwesterly meandering along said low water line, 2,800 feet, more or less, to a point on the south line of lot 2 in Bill's Subdivision; thence west, along the said south line, 30 feet, more or less; thence southerly, southeasterly, and southwesterly, along said south line, 30 feet west of said low water line, to the Point of Beginning.
