Dick and Nicole Anne Dick have filed a Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court to change their names of their minor children as follows: Madison Ryman Dick to Madison Ann Ryman; Kensington Nicole Dick to Kensington Nicole Ryman; and Jeremy Matthew Dick to Jeremy Matthew Ryman, said Petition having been filed on the 5th day of August, 2008. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Kosciusko Circuit Court has set said Petition for hearing on the 5th day of September, 2008, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. before said Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building at 121 North Lake Street in the City of Warsaw, Indiana. Pursuant to I.C. 34-28-2, et seq., anyone having an interest in this matter has a right to file an objection to this Petition and to appear at the hearing.
