NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Kosciusko Circuit Court has set said Petition for hearing on the 5th day of September, 2008, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. before said Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building at 121 North Lake Street in the City of Warsaw, Indiana.
