NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO SELL REAL ESTATE STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN J. KOLAR, Deceased IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT ESTATE NO. 43C01-0805-ES-35 To: Unknown heirs of John J. Kolar, deceased NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of August, 2008, Roger P. Komendat and Carol A. Komendat, as Co-Personal Representatives of the estate of John J. Kolar, deceased, filed their duly verified petition praying for an Order authorizing the sale of two tracts of real estate belonging to said decedent, and this estate, with one of said tracts of real estate being situate in Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Lot Number Five (5) in the Plat of Pinkerton's Landing on Dewart Lake in the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 84, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. and the other said tract of real estate being situate in Lake County, State of Indiana, and more particularly described as follows: Lot Twenty-Four (24), and North Five (5) feet of Lot Twenty-Three (23), in Block 11, in Park View Addition to Hammond, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18, page 19, in the Office of the Recorder of Lake County, Indiana. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Court has entered an Order fixing the 8th day of September, 2008, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. as the time for the hearing on said Petition, such hearing to be held in the Courtroom of the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building at 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana.
