Thompson and Constance S. Thompson for vacation of the following described portion of Barbee Road in the plat of Willow Cove, a public way located within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: That portion of Barbee Road in the Plat of Willow Cove, Kosciusko County, Indiana beginning at the east end of the portion of Barbee Road vacated by Ordinance #05-09-06-002V, recorded as Instrument Number 200500013556 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence easterly to the east line of Lot 25 extended northward, in the Plat of Willow Cove.
