NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 31st day of July, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Virginia B. Needler & Jonathan P. Needler Trustees, Mary N. Machenberg, Timothy S. Needler, Jonathan R. Needler & Christopher A. Needler, for vacation of a portion of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to wit: All that portion of the unnamed public road lying north of and adjacent to Lot 8 and the west 1/2 of Lot 7 in Lake View Park from the west line of Lot 8 extended north, to the east line of the west 1/2 of Lot 7 extended north.
