NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana Wanda Shafer, Vincent D. Haupert and Liesl A. Haupert You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of July, 2009 at 9;15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Robert R. Mishler and Mary E. Mishler for vacation of the following described portion of Shelf Drive, a public way locate din the plat of Vanator Bluff park, Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: All that portion of Shelf Drive located within the boundaries of the following tract: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 18 in Vanator Bluff Park and running thence in an easterly direction 16.46 feet (recorded 17 feet), along the lake front of Sechrist Lake; thence in a northerly direction, on and along a line established by monuments found, to the northeast corner of said Lot 18; thence west 50 feet to a surveyor's stake; thence in a southerly direction to the place of beginning.
