NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY TO: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana Indiana Baptist Convention, Inc. You are hereby notified that on the 9th day of December, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd Floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Martin Scott Long, Carolyn J. Uhas, James E. Binkley, Dana J. Binkley, Alyce J. Long and Bertha A. Richcreek for vacation of the following described portion of a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 7 in Long's Park, thence southerly on and along the west line of Lot 7 extended to the water's edge of James Lake, thence on and along the shoreline of James Lake to the point at which the east line of Lot 8 in Long's Park extended meets the water's edge of James Lake, thence northerly along the east line of Lot 8 to the northeast corner thereof, thence easterly to the place of beginning.
