Notice Of Hearing On Petition For A Vacation Of A Public Way To: Residents of the City of Warsaw, Indiana You are hereby notified that on March 26, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamgers, located at 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Common Council of the City of Warsaw will conduct a hearing on a petition filed by Menard, Inc. for the following described public way located within the corporate limits of the City of Warsaw, County of Kosciusko, State of Indiana, to-wit: A part of the Wayside Terrace Subdivision One plat as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 112, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, and a part of the northwest quarter of Section 10, Township 32 North, Range 6 East in the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 3 of said plat; thence North 77 degrees 27 minutes 27 seconds West along the north line of said Lot 3 and Lot 2 a distance of 143.30 feet to a right-of-way marker on the northeast right-of-way of U.S. Highway Number 30; thence North 33 degrees 32 minutes 38 seconds West along said right-of-way a distance of 81.34 feet to a point on the North right-of-way of Patterson Road per said plat; thence South 77 degrees 18 minutes 07 seconds East along said north right-of-way a distance of 191.75 feet; thence South 02 degrees 15 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of 56.81 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.22 acre, more or less.
