Notice is hereby given that Petitioner Steven John Petty, by Counsel, filed a Verified Petition for Change of Name of Minor to change the name of minor child from Lizeth Abigail Hernandez Duron to Lizeth Abigail Petty.
The petition is scheduled for hearing in the Kosciusko County Circuit Court on the 15th day of June, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., which is more than thirty (30) days after the third notice of publication. Any person has the right to appear at the hearing and to file written objections on or before the hearing date.
Notice is further given that hearing will be held on said Petition on the 15t day of June, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
