LEGAL NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION The Voters of Kosciusko County are notified in accordance with Indiana Code 3-8-2-19 that a general election will be held in the county on November 4, 2008, with the polls open for voting from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m., prevailing local time.
