NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF LEASE BETWEEN TRITON SCHOOL CORPORATION AND TRITON SCHOOL BUILDING CORPORATION Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees of Triton School Corporation, a lease between Triton School Corporation and Triton School Building Corporation was executed and entered into on November 8, 2010. The lease covers a portion of the Triton Jr./Sr. High School in Bourbon, Indiana. A copy of such lease is on file in the Administration Building of Triton School Corporation, 100 Triton Drive, Bourbon, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
