NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION This is your notice that on July 31, 2013, Red Door Furniture, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, with its principal offices formerly located at 1420 Armstrong Road, Unit A, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, commenced the voluntary winding up and dissolution of its business. If you consider yourself to be a creditor of, or claimant against, the Company, your claim must be received by David E. Fought, Manager, P.O. Box 235, Howe, Indiana 46746. Your claim must specify its basis, the amount, terms of payment, and to whom payment is to be made.
