NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION This is your notice that on August 1, 2012, Buhrt Builders Supply Co., Inc., an Indiana corporation, with its principal offices formerly located at 6632 East Waco Drive, Syracuse, Indiana 46567, commenced the voluntary winding up and dissolution of its business. THIS IS NOT A DISSOLUTION OF THE BUILDING CONTRACTOR, BUHRT BUILDERS, INC., BUT IS THE DISSOLUTION OF A CORPORATION WHOSE PRIMARY BUSINESS WAS TO OWN AND LEASE A PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE. If you consider yourself to be a creditor of, or claimant against, Buhrt Builders Supply Co., Inc., your claim must be received by Mike Buhrt, 12641 North Camelot Trail, Milford, Indiana 46542. Your claim must specify its basis, the amount, terms of payment, and to whom payment is to be made.
