Notice is hereby given that 915CHAPMANLAKE, LLC (the (Company(), an Indiana limited liability company with its principal place of business in Warsaw, Indiana, has been voluntarily dissolved. Any person(s) with claims against said Company shall mail a statement of such claims to the following address:
