NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY West Hill Development. Inc of 438 East CR 200N. Warsaw. Indiana 46580 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 lAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lots 3. 8. & 9 of the West Hill Industrial Complex, Warsaw. Indiana. Run-off from the project site will discharge to on-site detention basins that are located within the Tippecanoe River watershed.
