NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY In compliance with 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5), notice is hereby given that construction of the Milford Convenience commercial building project located at the southeast corner of Emeline Street and State Road 15 (Higbee Street) in the Town of Milford, Kosciusko County, Indiana is scheduled to commence October 1, 2009 and construction should be completed December 31, 2011.
