NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY TBS, LLC of 2098 Pound Drive West, Warsaw, Indiana 46582 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 lAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: TBS Building Addition located on Part of Lot 1 in the Pound Park Development, Warsaw, Indiana. Runoff from the project site will discharge to an on-site detention basin that are located within the Hickman Ditch watershed.
