NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY Clearwater Car Wash LLC, 1037 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, IN 46582 is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Clearwater Care Wash located NE of US Hwy. #30 approximately 350' NW of the Parker St. & Husky Trail intersection.
