NOTICE OF HEARING ON COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY MITCHELL A. TUCKER and LINDA K. TUCKER, Plaintiffs vs ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN PERSONS HAVING AN INTEREST THEREIN, Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-1210-PL-114 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plaintiffs in the above entitled cause, Mitchell A. Tucker and Linda K.
