NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL ESTATE STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO P.W. REALTY, LLC, Plaintiff V. PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, Defendant IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT NO. 1 CAUSE NUMBER 43D01-1201-PL-3 TO: Any persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff has filed an action in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows: Part of the South half of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at an iron pipe found at the Northwest corner of Lot Number 33 in Block Number 7 of Ketring and Ketrings Addition to the Town of Syracuse, Indiana; thence N05º-28'-40"E (recorded N05° -14' -07"E and recorded N04º-30'00"E) on and along the West line of said Ketring and Ketrings Addition, a distance of 180.00 feet (recorded 177.00 feet), to an iron pin found on the South right-of-way line of Brooklyn Street; thence N85°-43'-00"W (deed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along said South right-of-way line, a distance of 603.47 feet (recorded 605,02 feet), to an iron pin found at the Northeast corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2001090113 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence continuing N85°-43'-00"W, on and along said South right-of-way line and on and along the North line of said tract of land in Document Number 2001090113, a distance of 366.98 feet to a 5/8, inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northwest comer of said tract of land in Document Number 2001090113, said iron pin being at the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N85º-43'-00"W, on and along said South right-of-way line, a distance of 3.67 feet to a point on the Northerly projection of the East line of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2011120037 in said records; thence S04º-27'-10"W, on and along said Northerly projection and on and along said East line, a distance of 558.61 feet to an iron pin found at the Southeast comer of said tract of land in Document Number 2011120037, said iron pin also being on the North right-of-way line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence S85°-02'-42"E, on and along said North right-of-way line, a distance of 3.21 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Southwest corner of said tract of land in Document Number 2001090113; thence N04º-30'-00"E on and along the West line of said tract of land in Document Number 2001090113, a distance of 558.65 feet (recorded 559.39 feet), to the point of beginning, containing 0.044 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain easements and subject to all other easements of record.
