Lyon et ux to Len E. Maciejewski, by Warranty Deed dated December 2, 1975, recorded December 3, 1975, in Deed record 260, at page 547, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana; running thence Northeasterly along the East line described in the above referenced deed, 212 feet, more or less, to the Southerly line of the Indiana Highway State Park; thence North 60 degrees, 29 minutes East along the Southeast line of said park and said line extended Northeasterly, 293.22 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe on the West line of the tract of real estate described as Tract I in a certain Warranty Deed from Leonard G. Baugher et ux to Howard L. Commonly known as 1.70 Acres East of 3522 N SR 13, Pierceton Tract 2 A tract of land located in the State of Indiana, County of Kosciusko, Township of Tippecanoe, being a portion of the North half of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, bounded on the South by County Road 350 North, and more fully described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 7 East; thence West along the East-West open line of said Section 26, 2889.63 feet to a P.K. nail and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said open line, also be ing the centerline of County Road 350 North, 551.63 feet to a P.K. nail; thence North 2 degrees 38 minutes West 874.23 feet to an iron pin; thence South 80 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds East 460.97 feet to an iron pin; thence South 4 degrees 17 minutes East 248.83 feet to an iron pin; thence East 96.64 feet to an iron pin; thence South 2 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds East 547.55 feet to the Point of Beginning.
