NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL ESTATE STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INC., Plaintiff v. PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, Defendant IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT NO. 1 CAUSE NUMBER 43D01-1110-PL-108 TO: Any persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein: You are hereby notified that Plaintiff has filed an action in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1 asking the Court to quiet title to certain real estate described as follows: Commencing on the north line of Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 6 feet east of the southeast corner of lot number 7 in Kist's Middle Addition to the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence continuing east along the north line of Market Street 60 feet to the place of beginning; thence east along the north line of Market Street 18.8 feet to a point; thence north and parallel to the east line of lot number 7 in Kist's middle addition 132.00 feet thence west on an extension of the north line of lot number 7 in Kist's Middle Addition 18.8 feet; thence south parallel with the east line of lot number 7 in Kist's Middle Addition 132.00 feet to the place of beginning. If you claim an interest in the real estate described herein, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiff's complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice.
