NOTICE OF COMPLAINT STATE OF INDIANA SS: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO TPL REALTY CORPORATION, Plaintiff v. ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, Defendant IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT NO. 1 CAUSE NO. 43D01-1607-PL-85 TO: ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that TPL Realty Corporation has filed its Complaint in the above Court seeking judgment determining Plaintiff to be the owner of the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana: A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 32 North, Range 6 East, Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North Quarter post of said Section 16; thence North 89°20'32" East (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system), 252.75 feet; thence South 70°22'28" East, 770.13 feet; thence South 00°20'40" West, 21.3 feet to a Mag nail on the South right-of-way line of Winona Avenue, also being the Northeast comer of TPL Realty Corporation's property as described in Document #2014020927 and the Point of Beginning; thence South 70°22'28" East, along said South right-of? way line, 22.40 feet to the intersection with the Northerly extension of the West right-of-way line of North Bay Street called out in Timothy A. Polk's Deed (Document #2014040730); thence South 00°20'40" East, along the extension of said West right-of-way line, 146.13 feet to the intersection with the Easterly extension of the South line of said TPL Realty Corporation property; thence South 89°35'52" West, along the extension of said South line, 21.03 feet to a 5/8" pin at the Southeast comer of said TPL Realty Corporation property; thence North 00°20'40" West, along the East line of said property, 153.81 feet (recorded 156.5 feet) to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.07 acres more or less. If you claim an interest in the afore-described real estate, you or your attorney must respond to the Complaint filed by Plaintiff within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.
