NOTICE OF COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE STATE OF INDIANA SS COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO DAVID A. JACKSON, Plaintiff v. THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES OF DONALD K. WHITE AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN, Defendants. IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT NO. 1 CAUSE NUMBER 43D01-1412-PL-121 TO: The Within Named Defendants YOU ARE HEREBY notified that Plaintiff has filed his Complaint to Quiet Title in the Kosciusko Superior Court No. 1, claiming ownership of the following described real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit: An unnumbered tract in the Plat of CRESTWOOD ON SAWMILL LAKE bounded on the north by the south line of Lot #8 in said addition, on the east by an unnamed road now known as EMS B40E Lane and on the west and south by the waters of Irish Lake. If you claim an interest in the afore-described real estate, you or your attorney must respond to Plaintiffs Complaint within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice.
