NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA COREFLEX, INC., Plaintiff vs. SHARON BOLINGER, PRESTON BOLINGER, THOMAS SMITH, SUSAN SMITH, MELANIE GROSS and BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES and Anyone claiming an interest In a certain 1959 New Moon mobile home, Defendants CAUSE NO. 43D01-1308-MI-97 To: Sharon Bolinger, Preston Bolinger, Thomas Smith, Susan Smith, Melanie Gross, Bureau of Motor Vehicles and any person interested in a 1959 New Moon Mobile Home. You are hereby notified that a Complaint has been filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under Cause Number 43D01-1307-MI-97 whereby Plaintiff has requested that it be named owner of aforementioned mobile home. Said Complaint was filed on the 1st day of August, 2013. Any person objecting to said Complaint may appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto. Hearing in this cause will be conducted before the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana on the 4th day of October, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. Should you fail to appear, the matter may be heard and determined in your absence.
