NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA F R SYRACUSE, LLC d/b/a BAYVIEW ESTATES, LLC, Plaintiff v TURTLE BAY ESTATES, LLC BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES, and Anyone claiming an interest in a certain Mobile home, Defendants CAUSE NO. 43C01-1105-MI-51 TO: Turtle Bay Estates, LLC Any Person Interested in a 1992 Fleetwood Mobile Home You are hereby notified that a Complaint has been filed in the Kosciusko Circuit Court under No.: 43C01-1105-MI-51 whereby Plaintiff has requested that it be named owner of the aforementioned mobile home. Said Complaint was filed on the 27th day of May, 2011. Any person objecting to said Complaint may appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto. Hearing in this cause will be conducted before the Kosciusko Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N.
